Josh Fagan, President/CEO

Josh Fagan founded Fagan & Rawlings Capital Management in 2006 with 10 years experience in the securities industry. Mr. Fagan has developed the investment philosophy and the portfolio models currently used by Fagan & Rawlings advisors. He currently holds the position of President & CEO at Fagan & Rawlings. He attended the University of Central Florida and currently holds series 7, 24, 63 and 65 securities licenses as well as a Texas insurance license. Mr. Fagan’s background includes strategic asset management, qualified plans and investor relations at Raymond James Financial Services. Josh served on the Board of Directors for NORTEX Federal Credit Union and was instrumental in their aquisition by City Credit Union in Dallas, TX.,

Prior to the securities industry Mr. Fagan served as Chief Financial Officier for Fifth Dimension Medical Design LP, a leading medical imaging technology company were he was responsible for the overall financial well being of the company. Mr. Fagan lives in Denton Texas with his wife and daughter.

P. Andrew Rawlings, Principal/COO

Andrew Rawlings co-founded Fagan & Rawlings Capital Management with Josh Fagan in 2006 after gaining invaluable experience and knowledge with Edward Jones. Mr. Rawlings is currently a Principal and Chief Operations Officer with Fagan & Rawlings. He is responsible for the daily operations of Fagan & Rawlings along with the strategic implementation and design of new concepts in all facets of the business. Mr. Rawlings attended Texas A&M – Commerce and currently holds the Series 7, 63, and 65 securities licenses along with his Texas Insurance License.

Prior to Fagan & Rawlings he served as a United States Marine where he gained outstanding organizational skills along with current leadership attributes. He stays active in the community and practices martial arts several times a week. Mr. Rawlings currently resides in Lewisville, TX and is member of Fellowship Church in Grapevine, TX.
